# Squad Referral Links

## **How Squad Referral Links Work**

### **📌 What You Need to Know**

Referral links are **your key** to joining or creating a squad in the tournament.

✔ If someone **invites you** to their squad, they’ll send you a **referral link**.\
✔ By clicking the link and confirming your participation, you will be automatically added to their squad and enrolled in the referral system.

***

### **🔄 What Happens When You Click a Referral Link?**

1️⃣ A **confirmation window** will appear asking if you want to **join the squad**.\
2️⃣ **Confirm Participation:** Click to **join** the squad.\
3️⃣ **Cancel:** If you change your mind, simply **decline**—you won’t be added.

***

#### **⚠ Important Notes**

✔ If you’re **already part of a squad**, your current team **remains the same**.\
✔ The same logic applies to the **referral system**: If you **don’t have a “referrer”**, the inviter **becomes your referrer**.

***

### **✅ Confirming Your Squad Joining**

✔ You can **browse squads** on the **leaderboard** and choose one to join.\
✔ After selecting a squad, you must **confirm** your decision by clicking **"Join Squad"**.\
✔ *(Optional)* If you join via a **referral link**, you’ll **still need to confirm** your entry.

***

### **🚫 Can I Leave a Squad?**

* **Once you join a squad, you’re locked in for the duration of the tournament.**
* **You cannot leave or switch squads on one address.**
* **However you can always create or connect via another address and join other teams.**
